Shipping to New Zealand

  • Orders of NZ$90 or more: free standard shipping.
  • Orders below NZ$90: NZ$9 standard shipping.

The free-shipping threshold uses your order value after discounts. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you pay. Check the order total and selected delivery option before completing your purchase.

When we dispatch

Order before 6:00pm NZDT on a weekday for same-business-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or NZ public holidays dispatch the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

We deliver to New Zealand. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, public holidays and customs processing. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; delivery is when it reaches you. Contact us for help with a delivery estimate before ordering. Tracking updates provide the latest available progress after dispatch.

Cross-border delivery

Check the delivery address, currency and any taxes displayed at checkout. Customs processing can affect arrival times.

Checking your delivery details

Please check your shipping address, postcode and contact details before placing your order. If you spot an error, email us promptly with your order number and the correct details. We will check whether the order can still be updated before dispatch.

Tracking and delivery help

Use the tracking details in your dispatch update, where available, or visit our Track Order page. If your parcel is late, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact hello@rudie.com.au with your order number so we can help investigate. Keep any packaging and photographs if an item arrives damaged.
